Terms of service
This is a review draft. Final travel, commercial, cancellation, liability, and governing-law wording requires business and legal approval.
Operator and contract documents
Japanツアー is operated by JUN Travel Co., Ltd. Product-specific travel conditions, the contract document, confirmed itinerary where required, and JUN Travel’s applicable adopted travel-agency terms form part of each booking and prevail for travel-contract matters.
Eligibility and customer responsibility
The launch service offers private one-day tours for travelers aged 13–69. The lead customer must provide accurate information, be authorized to act for the group, ensure all travelers meet disclosed conditions, and tell us promptly about requested assistance through the designated field or support channel.
Availability and contract formation
Catalogue availability is not a booking. A contract forms only at the point stated in the applicable travel terms after server validation, payment authorization or collection, and Japanツアー confirmation. Duplicate, manipulated, unauthorized or incorrectly priced submissions may be rejected and any collected amount returned.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed with an ISO currency and the applicable tax treatment. The final review shows every Japanツアー price component before the order is submitted. The customer remains responsible for charges expressly excluded and their own device or network costs. Card data is entered on Stripe-hosted Checkout.
Pickup, itinerary and conduct
Pickup and drop-off requests are subject to distance, vehicle-access, safety and legal checks. An inaccessible or unsafe exact address may be replaced by a nearby safe point, and confirmed meeting details control. Travelers must arrive on time, follow reasonable safety instructions, respect suppliers and other persons, and not make fraudulent or unlawful use of the service.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
Itinerary changes, weather, closures, delays, substitutions, customer cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, operator cancellation and refunds are governed by the product conditions, contract document, Commercial Disclosure, JUN Travel’s adopted travel terms and mandatory law. The exact cancellation fee and refund treatment must be shown before purchase and stored with the booking.
Liability and mandatory rights
Liability is not excluded where exclusion is prohibited. Mandatory consumer, travel and data-protection rights remain unaffected. Nothing in these website terms replaces remedies provided by the applicable travel contract or law.
Site use, law and contact
Site content, branding and software may not be copied, scraped, interfered with or used for false or unauthorized bookings except as permitted by law. Japanese law governs to the extent legally permitted, without removing a consumer’s mandatory protections or forum rights in their country of habitual residence.
