- Additional fees
- No separate Japanツアー booking fee. Any address, vehicle, or spot-service surcharge is itemized before purchase. Customers pay their own internet/data charges, travel to or from a meeting point unless included, and items marked as excluded.
- Accepted payment methods
- The payment methods enabled and displayed on Stripe-hosted Checkout. The intended initial method is card payment; live methods are not enabled yet.
- Payment timing
- The total is charged when the booking is submitted and accepted at Checkout.
- Service-delivery timing
- The tour is delivered on the confirmed date and start time stated in the contract document and booking confirmation.
- Cancellation and refund treatment
- The exact fee is shown before purchase and in the contract document. Proposed domestic day-trip maximums: 20% from 10 days before, 30% from 7 days before, 40% on the previous day, 50% on the tour date before service starts, and 100% after service starts or for a no-show. This schedule is pending confirmation of the tour contract category and owner approval.
